RAVN-certified technical directors log into the online RAVN platform to control the RAVN Box (assigned to the event) wherever it is located at show time to professionally produce high-quality events. Events can be produced and livestreamed or recorded.

Content creators can work with their preferred RAVN-certified technical director on professionally produced video content on short notice with less people, less equipment, less costs with maximum ability to adapt to almost any last-minute change and distribute content versions quickly and securely.

Finally, RAVN customers always capture (record) the shot regardless of wifi or internet access because the RAVN Box can record up to 8 hours.

The Software: RAVN Platform

The RAVN platform is a reliable, end-to-end production application that integrates a virtual control room, live graphics and full video-mixing) with all other aspects of event production. Additionally, the power of the RAVN platform is that it captures telemetry data (pre, during and post production) so that you can garner deeper insights across events and optimize your content for business results.

All team members contributing to event planning can share and find all relevant information including the run of show, schedules, location, production notes, guest titles, graphics, overlays, lower thirds, music tracks, slides, videos, teleprompter scripts, etc. on very short notice. Last-minute edits are not a problem - just upload the assets and alert the Technical Director minutes before you go live.
